ABOUT ELAINE
I'm Elaine Sigurdson
An executive coach with more than 30 years of experience and a Master's degree in Psychology. I work with mid to later career leaders and professionals at exactly these turning points.
My role is to help you see yourself and your situation clearly, then turn that understanding into concrete change: decisions made, presence strengthened, a next chapter chosen.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Three turning points. Three ways we can work together.
Leadership Under Pressure
You are trusted, capable, and carrying more than others see. When leadership starts asking too much, the answer is not more effort. It is learning to lead from more solid ground, so you can think clearly under pressure, decide with conviction, and lead in a way you can sustain.

THE METHOD
Insight to Action is the method, not just the name
Coaching with me starts with insight: understanding your strengths, your patterns, and what is really driving the moment you are in. Then we turn insight into action. A decision made.
A boundary held. A difficult conversation handled differently.
A clear next step, taken.

I call the foundation of this work the inner skills: self-awareness, emotional regulation, resilience, confidence, and adaptability. They are what make outer results hold. Reflection is where the work begins. It is never where it ends.

Emotional reactivity affects every accomplished professional: the meeting you replay, the feedback that lingers, the conversation you keep postponing.

This guide explains what happens inside you under pressure, why you react the way you do, and walks you through a four-step process (Notice, Pause, Reframe, Choose) for returning to your best self.
